PTFE lined braided stainless lines are a commodity item and plenty of shops will swage fittings for custom lengths. You definitely want a swaged fitting for the feedline pressure between the tanks and throttle. Cutting braided stainless can be tricky, wrap the area to be cut with tape, then cut with a fine abrasive cutoff wheel, like a dremel. Otherwise, the wires will tend to fray or cut unevenly.
I have been planning to get everything needed to build custom lines, how soon do you need this and what size do you need?

Never having cut braided stainless, I can imagine it would be a nightmare. I don't have a size or length yet. From what I can tell looking at most photos, the line is probably 1/2". What do you think?

Flexible lines are measured by the ID, hard line tubing the OD. Half inch may be a little large and stiff for this application. Looking at the valve pics, I would recommend 3/8" which would be an AN-6 fitting. I will research this further to see what kind of pressure drop would be expected for the expected flow rates.
