I drew up this design in CAD and modeled it identically to the drawings above. - It is made of 316 Stainless Steel
- It should be welded by someone who is pressure vessel certified
- The catalyst bed need to be consolidated to the proper pressure before being welded shut

Thanks Ray! The fundamentals are there.so hopefully it'll be enough for people to get started on their own designs. This particular design was welded shut, which I personally don't think is a good idea.It may have been a reasonable choice back when HTP was commonly available, but in the days where we need to distill and purify it ourselves, I think the catalyst pack needs to be servisable. The screens are also going to be among the most expensive part of any particular build, so the diameter needs to be considered. I do not believe anything < 3" X 2" pack will be able to get a reasonably sized person off the ground.
